This website is a company page. It sells nothing, sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking. The only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email.

What we collect and why
If you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write in your message. We use it for one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or trade it.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or, where your message concerns working together, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship or enquiry is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards. Where an invoice or contract results, the underlying records are kept for seven years to meet Dutch tax law retention requirements.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under a processing agreement: Microsoft (email), Resend (contact form delivery) and Vercel (website hosting). We do not share your data with anyone else unless we are legally required to.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict what we do with it, or to object to our using it. Email hello@byoneer.nl and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
