Anti-Spam Policy

Scope

This policy binds Byoneer B.V., its directors and employees, and any affiliate, agent, reseller, contractor, marketing partner or other third party acting on behalf of or with the authorisation of Byoneer B.V.

Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited without exception:

• sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email referencing byoneer.nl or any Byoneer property;
• use of purchased, rented, harvested or scraped address lists;
• engaging any third party to conduct such sending on our behalf, whether paid or on an affiliate basis;
• concealing or falsifying the origin of any message, including forged headers or misleading subject lines;
• sending to any address obtained other than through direct business contact or explicit request.

Consent standard

Byoneer B.V. operates no mailing list. Should one be introduced, subscription will require confirmed (closed-loop) opt-in, every message will identify the sender and provide a functioning unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribe requests will be honoured immediately.

Permitted correspondence

Individually composed business correspondence with named suppliers, partners and other companies, sent by a person and not by automated or bulk software, is permitted. This is the only outbound email this company conducts.

Enforcement

Any party found in breach of this policy will have its relationship with Byoneer B.V. terminated immediately, and any authorisation to reference Byoneer brands or properties withdrawn.
